41Cr4 / 1.7035 Steel
41Cr4 steel is a structural alloyed carbon steel accding to DIN standard,and 1.7035 steel is as per W-Nr Germany standard.It is widely used in Low and moderately stressed parts for vehicles, engines and machines where hard, wear resisting surface is needed. The hardness as surface hardened is about 54 HRC.

1)Preheat DIN 41Cr4 alloy steel uniformly and slowly.
2)Raise the forging temperature up to 1160°C.
3)Keep the forging temperature above 860°C.
1)Increase the temperature up to 870°C;
2)It’s better to quench 1.7035 steel material in the oil;
3)Heat 41Cr4 steel to the temperature about 550°C;
4)Hold at this temperature for 2 hours per 25mm thickness;
5)Cool W-Nr 1.7035 alloy steel in the air or furnace.
1)Heat DIN 1.7035 steel round bars slowly and thoroughly to 780°C;
2)Cool 41Cr4 steel in the furnace to the temperature 480°;
3)Complete annealing the steel in the air.
1)Heating the temperature up to 860°C;
2)Cool the 1.7035 steel down to 20°C in the air.
